- Tickets are generated after confirmed payment only.
- After payment, the ticket is available in "My Tickets" in your account and sent by email.
- MotoAuto.ch does not store full card numbers — payment is processed by Stripe.
- By purchasing, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these terms.
3. QR Code and Admission
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Do not share, copy, or publish it.
- The QR code does not contain personally identifiable data in plain text.
- The first valid scan marks the ticket as used. Subsequent scans of the same ticket may be rejected.
- The decision to grant or deny admission is made by the Organizer's staff, not by MotoAuto.ch.
- MotoAuto.ch does not guarantee admission if the ticket is invalid, already used, or falsified.

Exceptions apply when:
- The event is cancelled by the Organizer

- The Organizer has published an explicit refund policy on the event page
Refunds are the financial responsibility of the Organizer, not MotoAuto.ch.
